Why is Cash on Delivery (COD) not available?

How do I arrange a return pickup?

To initiate a return, please Contact Us through our website. Once the request is submitted:

  • Our team will contact you and explain the return process
  • Wherever possible, reverse pickup will be arranged
  • If pickup cannot be facilitated, alternate instructions will be provided

Order marked delivered but not received

If you receive a delivery confirmation SMS/email but have not received the product, please report the issue within 7 days from the delivery confirmation date so we can investigate.

International Delivery

At present, novarixhealthcare.com does not offer international delivery.

Orders can be placed from outside India using eligible credit/debit cards; however, the delivery address must be within India.
