What are the delivery charges?
Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products.
It is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day you place your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored into the delivery dates.

Why is the COD option not offered?
At this time, Novarixhealthcare.com does not provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
I need to return an item. How do I arrange for a pick-up?
Returns are easy. Contact us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process once the return request is initiated.
Wherever possible, novarixhealthcare.com will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In cases where pick-up cannot be arranged through novarixhealthcare.com, further instructions will be provided.
I did not receive my order but got a delivery confirmation SMS/Email.
If the product was not delivered but you received a delivery confirmation SMS/email, please report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation so we can investigate.
What do the different tags like “In Stock”, “Available” mean?
‘In Stock’
For items listed as “In Stock”, we mention the delivery time based on your location pin code (usually 2–3 business days, 4–5 business days, or 4–6 business days where standard courier service is available).
For other areas, orders may be sent via Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service, which may take 1–2 weeks depending on location.
‘Out of Stock’
The item is currently not available for sale. Use the ‘Notify Me’ feature to be informed when it becomes available.
If the item is popular and sold out, you may still place a booking order, and it will be shipped as per the timelines mentioned.
‘Temporarily Unavailable’
The product is currently out of stock and unavailable for purchase. It may become available soon. Use the ‘Notify Me’ feature to receive updates.

At present, Novarixhealthcare.com does not deliver items internationally.
You may place orders from anywhere in the world using credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries; however, the delivery address must be within India.
